Skyloft is a paradise above the Cloud Barrier[1]. It is connected to the Isle of the Goddess by a small bridge. After evacuating to the Sky, the Hylians flourished, creating a militia and rebuilding their strength.
History While we know that the Isle of the Goddess came from the Sealed Grounds area, the origins of the tract of land that makes up Skyloft is unknown. Throughout history, the Zonai descended and ascended to the Sky multiple times and had the magical means to raise land. Whether the Zonai are connected to Skyloft or not is unknown.
