Summary

The Zonai were a highly advanced group that spent their existence traversing the Surface, Skies, and the Depths. They were instrumental in protecting the Secret Stones at the behest of Hylia.

Technology

While flourishing on the Surface, the Zonai eventually ventured to the Depths where they discovered Zonaite. The discovery led to a technological revolution and numerous public works projects. One such invention was "Zonai Gear", which were portable Zonai devices, dispensed in capsules at various sites throughout the Sky.

Decline

When the Zonai returned to the Surface prior to the founding of the kingdom, their population had declined to just one-hundred. By the time of the founding of the kingdom, only Rauru and Mineru were left.
